Mr. William Chan has rich experience in investment and asset management. From 2015 to 2021, he served as the Non-Executive Director and the Chairman of the Risk Management Committee at Haitong International Securities Company Limited. In 2007, he created an equity fund to invest in special situations opportunities, with an AUM exceeding 480 million US dollars. In 2013, he established a bond fund that invested in global bonds including senior bonds, subordinated bonds, and perpetual bonds, with an AUM of 500 million US dollars. In 2016, he set up a quantitative fund with an AUM of more than 300 million US dollars that primarily traded constituents of global stock indices.
